CLASSES ARE TUESDAY MORNINGS AT 8:30AM

Last summer class August 28th. Will resume after Labor Day, September 8th.

Classes are on-going. You must be a member of the gym, but they have many membership options available! Check it out!

The instructor's book "Language of the Dance" ($20) and a classroom music CD ($15) are also available for purchase (when purchased together it is $30).

Class Attire

Dress comfortably but please do not wear sweat pants, loose t-shirts, jeans, anything too baggy or too tight. You may wear socks or go barefoot. I prefer that you do not wear sneakers unless you have foot/knee/back problems that require you to have support.
